Website Terms of services. Inspire Office spaces. (“we” or “us”) owns and operates the website at   Inspireofficespace.com (the “Site”), where you can find information about our products and services. These Website Terms and Conditions (the “Website Terms”) describe the rights and obligations of an unregistered website user or visitor (“user” or “you”) in connection with your use of the Site. By accessing or using the Site in any way, including as an unregistered website visitor, you agree to be bound by these Website Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is available on the Site. These Website Terms apply only to your use of the Site, and the content made available on or through the Site, as an unregistered website user or visitor

Eligibility. The Site and services it describes are available only to individuals who are at least 16 years old, unless we specify otherwise. No one under this age may access or use the Site or provide any personal information through the Site.

Office Space Tenancy Notice and Billing Procedures at Inspire Office Space:

We have implemented a systematic process for issuing rent bills to all tenants occupying our office spaces. Each month, on the 20th, we generate and distribute these bills to ensure transparency and timeliness in our financial transactions.

To maintain efficiency and accommodate the needs of our tenants, we have established a policy regarding the termination of office space tenancy. In order to discontinue their tenancy and avoid any additional charges, tenants are required to inform us in advance of their intention to leave. Specifically, this notice must be provided no later than the 20th day of the month preceding their desired departure month.

It is important to note that failing to provide this timely notice will result in the enforcement of a mandatory three-month notice period. During this period, tenants will be expected to fulfill their contractual obligations as tenants of our Inspire Office Space.

Additionally, if a tenant notifies us of their decision to leave before the 20th day of the current month, they will be required to fulfill their tenancy for the upcoming month as well. This ensures a smooth transition and allows us to plan and manage our office space effectively.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these procedures, as they help us maintain a fair and efficient rental process for all parties involved.
